Meet Anthony Harty, a guitarist whose remarkable career spans over four decades. With an impressive resume that includes performing with multiple award-winning bands, touring internationally as a teenager, and now flourishing as a solo artist, Anthony Harty has had a varied and impressive time in world of music.

His journey began when he joined The Style Council, a groundbreaking band known for their fusion of pop, soul, and jazz. This early collaboration served as a springboard for Anthony Harty's career, leading him to perform with other iconic bands such as Badfinger, The Specials, The Beat, and The Selecter.

His undeniable talent and reputation caught the attention of renowned artists like Tony Hadley, and Gerry and The Pacemakers, with whom he collaborated and brought his guitar skills to their projects. He has also toured with the likes of Sting & Squeeze.

While Anthony Harty has had an illustrious career collaborating with numerous musical acts, his talents truly shone when he joined forces with reggae pioneer Lee Scratch Perry. The culmination of their collaboration resulted in Lee Scratch Perry's 2003 album, which earned Anthony Harty a Grammy Award for his exceptional guitar work.

Along with his current solo work as a live act and extremely sought after session player, Anthony is Currently playing with Nine Below Zero - a British blues and rock band that emerged from the vibrant music scene of London in the late 1970s. Known for their energetic performances and a distinctive blend of blues, R&B, and rock 'n' roll, Nine Below Zero has left an indelible mark on the British music landscape.
