Our owner takes pride in being heavily involved in every aspect of the business. From weekly operations working on the business to performing as a member of the team in the business almost every night of the week - you will rarely find him with his finger off the pulse of this industry.
He is extremely excited to see The Phoenix Collective reach the end of it's second year of operating [Late 2023] with such hopeful prospects and a great reputation on and off paper.
Whether it's in the office building the future for the team, performing as a solo artist at one of our valued venues or hosting and nurturing the next generation of talent at open mics. Levi Washington will be taking full responsibilty for his company, team and career!

From keeping track of finances and weekly payroll, to creating bespoke state of the art apps for client and artist management solutions, James is responsible for bringing The Phoenix Collective to the upper echelons of fluency, style and grace with their approach to administration and communication.
James was also pivotal to the early success of The Phoenix Collective due to the invention and execution of his music blog "Leam Live". This was a page on multiple social media platform that was designed to celebrate and advertise gigs in a real time basis.
Knowing that James was the only man for the job, the owner was sure to take caution with the steady growth of the company and practice patience to ensure that the piggy bank was in the right hands when the time to expand came!

After a breif period of training to be an intern for some advertising / social media related duties, the owner soon realised that she would be a remarkable asset to the team.
With a great natural approach to commuication [both online and offline], Saoirse is set to be the key for accessing the next stage of our Journey!
