Hailing from the musical heartland of Manchester and now making waves in his new stomping ground of the Midlands, Todd Grime is an electrifying singer and guitarist with a passion for delivering explosive performances.

Influenced by the iconic Madchester music he was brought up with, he seamlessly weaves together elements of rock, funk, and alternative, creating a sound that is uniquely their own.
​
With a percussive playing style and an attacking right-hand technique, Todd draws inspiration from three main legendary acts which sparked his love of guitar: the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis, and Jimi Hendrix.

His favourite aspect of the guitar is the ability to craft distinctive performances and stray away from the conventional.

"I originally started out doing local open mics and always wanted to branch out further to do my own gigs. Levi [the owner] has helped me navigate through this tricky middle ground with ease and after coaching me through some pointers, he got me playing gigs almost straight away. He has a wealth of experience to draw from and unlike with others, Levi is an actual musician who is playing nearly every night of the week, so he’s someone who really understands his artist’s needs. It now feels unusual if I’m ever not playing somewhere at the weekends and its fantastic to be getting paid to do my passion!".
What does Todd do?
Todd is a humble and devoted guitar enthusiast whose lifelong addiction to the instrument began humbly at the age of 18. From those early days, he has immersed himself in the world of music, constantly learning and growing to become the musician he is today.
Though he would never boast about it, Todd's voice carries a raw and rocky quality that resonates with listeners, and his guitar skills continue to evolve and blossom, earning him recognition as one of the aspiring one-man bands on the music scene.

With a deep love for music, Todd pours his heart and soul into each performance. As a solo artist, he cherishes the opportunity to connect personally with his audience, sharing his vulnerabilities through his heartfelt performances.
When he joins bands as a singer and lead guitarist, he humbly collaborates with fellow musicians, cherishing the musical journey they embark on together.

Todd remains grounded amidst his growing success, finding joy in the simple act of making music and sharing it with others. Grateful for the support of his new found opportunity in Warwickshire, he acknowledges that his journey wouldn't be possible without their encouragement and belief in his talent.
